This guide explains how to connect and configure your Zid store inside SellEnvo.
Once connected, you can synchronize orders, inventory, pricing, and product data between both platforms.
1. Account Setup
Use this tab to connect your Zid store to SellEnvo.
Steps
- Turn Enabled on.
- Enter a recognizable Name for this channel.
- Select the default Language for your Zid store.
- Click Reauthorize to authenticate the connection.
- Save your changes.

If the connection expires or syncing stops, use Reauthorize to refresh authorization.
2. Orders
Configure how orders are imported from Zid into SellEnvo.
Enable Order Sync
Activate automatic order downloads to import Zid orders as Sales Orders.
Order Start Date
Select the date from which order syncing should begin.

Save changes after configuration.
3. Inventory Sync
Control how stock levels are synchronized between SellEnvo and Zid.
Location & Warehouse Mapping
Review imported Zid locations and ensure they are mapped correctly to SellEnvo warehouses.
Enable Inventory Sync
Activate automatic stock updates.
Manual Actions
- Push inventory updates to Zid
- Pull inventory data from Zid
- Refresh location data

Correct configuration helps prevent stock discrepancies.
4. Pricing Settings
Control pricing synchronization with Zid.
Enable Pricing Sync
Automatically update listing prices on Zid.
Pricing Tier
Select the pricing tier to apply.
Markup (%)
Apply a markup percentage if required.

Save changes to apply pricing rules.
5. Auto-Import Products
Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on Zid listings.
Setup
- Enable auto-import.
- Select or create a mapping template.
- Optional controls:
- Match by SKU
- Auto-generate SKU
- Set initial inventory count
- Handle variation products
- Click Execute to run the process.

Listings will either match existing products or create new ones based on the template.
6. Auto-Export Products
Automatically publish products from SellEnvo to Zid.
Setup
- Enable auto-export.
- Select or create a mapping template.
- Optionally apply filters to control which products are exported.
- Click Execute to start the process.

This ensures new products are listed automatically on Zid.
7. Background Sync Jobs
Monitor synchronization activity between SellEnvo and Zid.
You can:
- Track job status (Succeeded / Failed / Stale)
- View execution logs
- Monitor progress
- Filter jobs by status
Review logs if a job fails to identify and resolve issues.

After completing the setup, your Zid store will remain synchronized with SellEnvo according to your configured rules.
If synchronization issues occur, review the Background Sync Jobs tab first and reauthorize the connection if needed.
