Temu Channel Integration

This guide explains how to connect and configure your Temu seller account inside SellEnvo.
Once connected, SellEnvo can sync orders, inventory, pricing, and product data automatically.


1. Account Setup

Use this tab to establish and maintain the connection with your Temu account.

  • Enabled: Turn on to activate the channel.
  • Name: Enter a recognizable internal name.
  • Marketplace: Select the correct Temu marketplace.
  • Reauthorize: Click to authenticate or refresh the connection with Temu.

Save changes after configuration.


2. Orders

Control how Temu orders are imported into SellEnvo.

  • Enable Auto-Download Orders: Automatically import Temu orders as sales orders.
  • Order Start Date: Select the date from which orders should start syncing.

Save changes to apply order automation.


3. Inventory Sync

Manage stock synchronization between SellEnvo and Temu.

Enable Inventory Sync

Activate automatic inventory updates.

Inventory Source

Select the warehouse or stock source used for Temu.

Inventory Rules

You can configure:

  • Stock Percentage
  • Max Listed
  • End When

Manual Actions

  • Push inventory data
  • Pull inventory data

Proper configuration helps prevent overselling and stock inconsistencies.


4. Pricing Settings

Control how prices are sent to Temu.

  • Pricing Sync: Enable automatic price updates.
  • Pricing Tier: Select the pricing tier to use.
  • Markup (%): Apply a percentage adjustment before sending prices to Temu.

Save changes after configuration.


5. Auto-Import Products

Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on Temu listings.

Setup Steps

  1. Enable auto-import.
  2. Select or create a mapping template.
  3. Optional controls:
    • Auto-generate SKU
    • Match by SKU only
    • Set initial inventory from channel quantity
    • Handle variation products
  4. Click Execute to start importing.

Listings will either match existing products or be created based on your template settings.


6. Listing Profiles

Listing Profiles define how product and shipping data is structured before listing to Temu.

You can create:

  • Shipping Profiles
  • Product Attributes Profiles

Each profile can be:

  • Saved
  • Duplicated
  • Set as default
  • Deleted

Click Add Profile to create new profiles.

Proper profile configuration ensures category compliance and accurate listing structure.


7. Background Sync Jobs

Monitor all synchronization activities between SellEnvo and Temu.

You can:

  • Track job status (Succeeded / Failed / Running)
  • View job progress
  • Open detailed logs
  • Filter jobs by status

This section helps troubleshoot and confirm successful sync operations.


After completing the setup, Temu will remain synchronized with SellEnvo according to your configured rules.

If synchronization issues occur:

  1. Click Reauthorize
  2. Review Background Sync Jobs logs
