Epos Now Channel Integration

This guide explains how to connect and configure your Epos Now account inside SellEnvo.
Once connected, you can synchronize orders, inventory, pricing, and product data between both systems.


1. Account Setup

Use this tab to connect your Epos Now account to SellEnvo.

Steps

  1. In Name, enter a recognizable name for this integration.
  2. Enter your Epos Key (API Key from your Epos Now account).
  3. Enter your Epos Secret.
  4. Click Save to complete the connection.

You can find your API credentials inside your Epos Now developer or API settings.


2. Orders

Control how orders are imported from Epos Now into SellEnvo.

Enable Order Sync

Turn on automatic order downloads to import Epos Now orders as Sales Orders in SellEnvo.

Order Start Date

Select the date from which order syncing should begin.

Timezone

Choose the correct timezone to ensure accurate order timestamps.

Save changes after configuration.


3. Locations

This tab allows you to map Epos Now locations to SellEnvo warehouses and configure inventory synchronization.

Location Mapping

  • Review imported Epos Now locations.
  • Map each location to the correct SellEnvo warehouse.

Inventory Synchronization

Enable Inventory Sync to automatically update stock levels.

Inventory Rules

You can configure:

  • Stock Percentage
  • Max Quantity
  • Out of Stock When

You may also use:

  • Upload Inventory (push stock updates to Epos Now)
  • Download Inventory (pull stock data from Epos Now)

4. Auto-Import Products

Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on listings from Epos Now.

Setup

  1. Enable Auto-Import Products.
  2. Select a mapping template (or create one).
  3. Optional settings:
    • Match listings by SKU
    • Set initial inventory count
    • Link variation products
  4. Click Run to execute the process.

5. Auto-Export Products

Automatically publish new products from SellEnvo to Epos Now.

Setup

  1. Enable Auto-Export Products.
  2. Select a template (or create one).
  3. Apply filters to control which products should be exported.
  4. Click Run to start the export process.

6. Pricing Settings

Control how prices are synchronized with Epos Now.

Pricing Sync

Enable automatic price updates between SellEnvo and Epos Now.

Pricing Tier

Select the pricing tier to apply.

Markup (%)

Apply a markup percentage if needed.

Save changes to apply pricing rules.


7. Background Sync Jobs

Use this tab to monitor synchronization activity.

You can:

  • Track job status (Succeeded / Failed)
  • View execution logs
  • Monitor progress
  • Identify and troubleshoot errors

Regular monitoring helps ensure accurate data synchronization.


After completing the setup, your Epos Now account will remain synchronized with SellEnvo based on your configured rules.

If synchronization stops or errors occur, review the Background Sync Jobs tab first. You can adjust settings at any time as your business needs change.
