Walmart Channel Integration

The Walmart integration allows SellEnvo to connect directly with your Walmart Marketplace seller account. Once connected, you can manage orders, inventory, pricing, and product listings from within SellEnvo, ensuring centralized control and automated synchronization.

This integration is ideal for merchants selling on Walmart Marketplace who want to reduce manual updates and streamline daily operations.

1. Account Setup

Use this tab to establish the connection between SellEnvo and your Walmart seller account.

Enable Channel

Turn Enabled on to activate the integration.

Name

Enter a recognizable internal name for the Walmart channel.

Client ID

Enter the Client ID provided by Walmart Marketplace.

Client Secret

Enter the corresponding Client Secret associated with your Walmart seller account.

Marketplace

Select the appropriate Walmart marketplace (e.g., United States).

After entering all required credentials, click Save to complete the connection.

Make sure your API credentials are valid and active in your Walmart Seller Center.

2. Orders

Configure how Walmart orders are imported into SellEnvo.

Enable Auto-Download Orders

Activate this option to automatically import Walmart orders as sales orders in SellEnvo.

Order Start Date

Select the date from which order synchronization should begin.

Only orders created on or after this date will be downloaded.

This ensures your order data stays up to date without importing historical orders unnecessarily.

3. Locations

The Locations tab allows you to map Walmart fulfillment locations to SellEnvo warehouses and control inventory synchronization per location.

Map Locations

For each Walmart location, select the corresponding SellEnvo warehouse.

This determines which warehouse stock will be used when syncing inventory to Walmart.

Enable Inventory Sync

Enable or disable synchronization per location.

Manual Actions

  • Push inventory data
  • Pull inventory data

Proper location mapping ensures accurate stock updates and prevents overselling.

4. Auto-Import Products

Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on Walmart listings.

Setup Steps

  1. Enable auto-import.
  2. Select or create a mapping template.
  3. Optional settings:
    • Auto-generate SKU
    • Match listings by SKU only
    • Set initial inventory count using channel quantity
    • Create and link parent products for variations
  4. Click Execute to start importing.

Listings will either match existing products or be created based on your template configuration.

5. Pricing Settings

Control how product prices are synchronized between SellEnvo and Walmart.

Pricing Sync

Enable automatic price updates.

Pricing Tier

Select the pricing tier to apply for Walmart listings.

Markup (%)

Apply a percentage-based adjustment before prices are sent to Walmart.

This allows channel-specific pricing without modifying base product prices.

6. Listing Profiles

Listing Profiles allow you to define standardized product data before listing items on Walmart.

You can configure profiles to:

  • Set default attribute values
  • Define required category fields
  • Standardize listing structure
  • Manage AI-generated content (if applicable)

Profile Actions

For each profile, you can:

  • Save changes
  • Duplicate profile
  • Set as default
  • Delete profile

Profiles marked as default will automatically apply during product listing unless another profile is selected.

7. Background Sync Jobs

The Background Sync Jobs tab provides visibility into all automated processes running between SellEnvo and Walmart.

You can monitor:

  • Job Name (e.g., List Product, Import Orders)
  • Job Status (Succeeded, Failed, Running)
  • Queued Time
  • Job Progress
  • View Log for detailed execution information

Regularly reviewing this section helps identify and resolve synchronization issues quickly.

After completing the configuration:

  • Orders will sync automatically.
  • Inventory will update based on your location mapping.
  • Pricing will follow the selected pricing tier and markup.
  • Products can be imported and listed using templates and profiles.

If synchronization issues occur:

  1. Verify Client ID and Client Secret.
  2. Confirm marketplace selection.
  3. Review Background Sync Jobs for error details.
