Linnworks Channel Integration

Linnworks is a centralized platform for managing orders and inventory. Connecting it to SellEnvo helps you sync orders, stock, and product data efficiently—so your operations stay consistent across systems.

1. Account Setup

Use this tab to enable the channel and connect your Linnworks account.

Steps

  1. Enable the integration by turning Enabled on.
  2. In Name, enter a recognizable name for this connection (useful if you manage multiple channels).
  3. In Access Token, paste your Linnworks token.
  4. Click Reauthorize to validate the token and confirm the connection.
  5. Click Save after making changes.

Tip: If syncing stops or the channel status shows issues, reauthorization is the first step to try.

2. Orders

Configure how orders are imported from Linnworks into SellEnvo.

Common options

  • Enable automatic order downloads (to create Sales Orders in SellEnvo).
  • Set an Order Start Date to control when syncing begins (useful to avoid pulling old orders).
  • If mapping exists in this tab (depending on your setup), map Linnworks channels to the correct SellEnvo channels.

Save your changes after configuration.

3. Locations

Locations represent where stock is stored in Linnworks. This tab helps you map those to SellEnvo warehouses for accurate inventory flow.

What to do here

  • Review imported Linnworks locations.
  • Map each Linnworks location to the correct SellEnvo warehouse.
  • Configure which system is the stock “source of truth” if that option appears in your account.
  • Use upload/download actions if available to push or pull inventory.

4. Auto-Import Products

Automatically create products in SellEnvo using data pulled from Linnworks.

Setup

  1. Enable Auto-Import Products.
  2. Select a template (or create one).
  3. Optional controls (depending on your template):
    • Match by SKU to avoid duplicates
    • Handle variation products correctly
  4. Click Execute to run the import.

5. Auto-Export Products

Automatically publish new products from SellEnvo into Linnworks.

Setup

  1. Enable Auto-Export Products.
  2. Select a template (or create one).
  3. Apply filters to control which products should be exported.
  4. Click Execute to start the process.

6. Channel Settings

Use this tab to control how Linnworks interacts with connected channels or internal configurations.

Typical uses include:

  • Enabling/disabling specific flows
  • Adjusting per-channel configuration options if displayed

7. Extended Properties

Extended Properties are additional attributes/fields. This tab ensures clean data alignment between Linnworks and SellEnvo.

Recommended steps

  • Use Magic Matching if available to map common fields automatically.
  • Review key attributes manually to ensure accuracy.
  • Download the list of properties if you need it for review or documentation.

8. Pricing Settings

Set pricing rules and sync behavior.

Common configuration

  • Enable Pricing Sync
  • Choose a Pricing Tier
  • Set Markup (%) if needed
  • Save to apply pricing rules across the integration

9. Background Sync Jobs

This tab helps you monitor integration activity.

You can typically:

  • Track job status (Succeeded / Failed)
  • View logs for troubleshooting
  • Filter by status to quickly find issues

After completing the setup, Linnworks will stay connected to SellEnvo and synchronize data based on your configured rules. If you face sync interruptions, start by checking Background Sync Jobs and then re-run Reauthorize from Account Setup to refresh the connection.
