This guide explains how to connect and configure your Bol.com account in SellEnvo.
Once connected, you can synchronize orders, inventory, pricing, and listings directly from one centralized platform.
1. Account Setup
Use this tab to enable and connect your Bol.com account.
Steps
- Turn Enabled on.
- Enter a recognizable Name for the channel.
- Add your Client ID.
- Add your Client Secret.
- Select the appropriate Listing Language.
- Click Save to complete the setup.
Ensure your Client ID and Client Secret are valid to avoid authorization issues.
2. Orders
Configure how Bol.com orders are imported into SellEnvo.
Enable Order Sync
Turn on automatic order download to import Bol.com orders as Sales Orders.
Order Start Date
Select the date from which order syncing should begin.
Save changes after configuration.
3. Inventory Sync
Control how stock levels are synchronized between SellEnvo and Bol.com.
Enable Inventory Sync
Activate automatic stock updates.
Inventory Source
Select the inventory source to use.
Inventory Rules
You can configure:
- Stock Percentage
- Max Listed
- End When
If both Stock Percentage and Max Listed are set, the lower calculated value will be applied.
Manual Sync Options
- Upload Inventory – Push stock updates to Bol.com
- Download Inventory – Pull stock data into SellEnvo
4. Pricing Settings
Control price synchronization.
Enable Pricing Sync
Automatically update listing prices on Bol.com.
Pricing Tier
Select the pricing tier to use.
Markup (%)
Apply a markup percentage if needed.
Save changes to apply pricing rules.
5. Auto-Import Products
Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on Bol.com listings.
Setup
- Enable auto-import.
- Select or create a mapping template.
- Optional controls:
- Match by SKU or EAN
- Set initial inventory count
- Handle variation products
- Click Execute to run the process.
6. Listing Profiles
Use Listing Profiles to define how product data is structured when syncing with Bol.com.
Profiles allow you to:
- Configure product identity fields
- Define description mapping
- Map product attributes
- Configure pricing rules for listings
Select an existing profile or create a new one as needed.
7. Background Sync Jobs
Monitor synchronization activity between SellEnvo and Bol.com.
You can:
- Track job status (Succeeded / Failed)
- View detailed logs
- Monitor job progress
- Filter jobs by status
Regular monitoring ensures accurate order, inventory, and pricing synchronization.
After completing the setup, your Bol.com channel will stay synchronized based on the rules you configured.
