This guide explains how to connect and configure your eBay account inside SellEnvo.
Once connected, SellEnvo can synchronize listings, inventory, orders, and pricing automatically.
1. Account Setup
Use this tab to connect your eBay account.
Enable Integration
Activate the Enabled option to allow synchronization.
Channel Name
Enter a clear name to identify this eBay connection.
Select eBay Site
Choose the appropriate eBay marketplace (e.g., eBay Germany, eBay US, etc.).
Reauthorize
Click Reauthorize to authenticate your eBay account.
You will be redirected to eBay to approve access.
Save your settings after successful authorization.
2. Orders
Configure how eBay orders are imported into SellEnvo.
Enable Order Sync
Activate automatic order download to import eBay orders as Sales Orders.
Order Start Date
Select the date from which orders should begin syncing.
Save changes once configured.
3. Inventory Sync
Manage how stock levels are synchronized between SellEnvo and eBay.
Enable Inventory Sync
Turn this on to automatically update eBay when stock changes in SellEnvo.
Inventory Source
Select the warehouse or inventory source to supply stock.
Stock Percentage
Limit the percentage of available stock displayed on eBay.
Max Quantity
Define the maximum quantity that can be listed regardless of actual stock.
Out of Stock When
Set the threshold at which the listing becomes out of stock.
You can also:
- Upload Inventory (push updates to eBay)
- Download Inventory (pull stock data from eBay)
4. Pricing Settings
Control how product pricing is synchronized with eBay.
Enable Pricing Sync
Automatically update eBay listing prices from SellEnvo.
Pricing Tier
Select the pricing tier to apply.
Markup (%)
Apply a markup percentage if required.
Save your settings to apply pricing rules.
5. Auto-Import Products
Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on eBay listings.
Enable Auto-Creation
Turn on automatic creation of products from eBay listings.
Select Template
Choose a mapping template to define how product data is imported.
Available options may include:
- Match listings by SKU only
- Set initial inventory from channel quantity
- Create and link variation products
Click Run to execute the import process.
6. Auto-Export Products
Automatically list new products from SellEnvo to eBay.
Enable Auto-Export
Activate automatic listing of new products.
Select Template
Choose the template that defines listing structure and pricing.
Apply Filters
Set conditions to control which products are exported.
Click Run to start the export process.
7. Listing Profiles
Listing Profiles allow you to define structured configurations for different product types.
You can:
- Create new profiles
- Edit existing profiles
- Set default profiles
- Configure product attributes
These profiles are used during product listing and automation.
8. Background Sync Jobs
Monitor automated synchronization processes between SellEnvo and eBay.
Here you can:
- Track job status (Succeeded / Failed)
- View execution logs
- Filter jobs by status
Regular monitoring helps ensure accurate order, inventory, and pricing synchronization.
After completing all configuration steps, your eBay channel will be fully connected and synchronized with SellEnvo.
Review your inventory and pricing settings carefully before going live, and use the Background Sync Jobs tab to monitor ongoing synchronization activity.
You can update any settings at any time as your business needs evolve.
