This guide explains how to connect and configure your Shopify store inside SellEnvo.
Once connected, SellEnvo can synchronize products, inventory, orders, and pricing automatically.
1. Account Setup
Use this tab to connect your Shopify store.
Enable Integration
Activate the Enabled option to allow synchronization.
Channel Name
Enter a clear name for this Shopify connection.
Reauthorize
Click Reauthorize to authenticate your Shopify account.
You may be redirected to Shopify to approve the connection.
After successful authorization, save your settings.
2. Orders
Control how Shopify orders are imported into SellEnvo.
Enable Order Sync
Activate automatic order download to import Shopify orders as Sales Orders.
Order Start Date
Select the date from which orders should begin syncing.
Save changes once configured.
3. Locations
The Locations tab allows you to map Shopify locations to SellEnvo warehouses.
Location Mapping
Assign each Shopify location to a corresponding SellEnvo warehouse.
Inventory Sync per Location
For each location, you can configure:
- Enable Inventory Sync
- Inventory Source
- Stock Percentage
- Max Quantity
- Out of Stock When
You can also:
- Upload Inventory (push updates to Shopify)
- Download Inventory (pull stock from Shopify)
Proper mapping ensures accurate stock synchronization between platforms.
4. Auto-Import Products
Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on Shopify listings.
Enable Auto-Creation
Turn on automatic product creation.
Select Template
Choose a mapping template that defines how product data is imported.
Available options may include:
- Auto-generate SKU
- Match by SKU only
- Set initial inventory from Shopify quantity
- Link variation products
Click Execute to run the import process.
5. Auto-Export Products
Automatically list new products from SellEnvo to Shopify.
Enable Auto-Export
Activate automatic listing of new products.
Select Template
Choose the template to define product structure and pricing.
Apply Filters
Set conditions to control which products are exported.
Click Run to start the export process.
6. Pricing Settings
Manage pricing synchronization with Shopify.
Enable Pricing Sync
Automatically update Shopify listing prices from SellEnvo.
Pricing Tier
Select the pricing tier to use.
Markup (%)
Apply a markup percentage if needed.
Save changes to apply pricing rules.
7. Background Sync Jobs
Monitor synchronization tasks between SellEnvo and Shopify.
Here you can:
- Track job status (Succeeded / Failed)
- View execution logs
- Filter by job type
Regular monitoring helps ensure orders and inventory remain synchronized.
Once setup is complete, your Shopify store will automatically sync products, inventory, and orders with SellEnvo.
Review your configuration carefully and monitor Background Sync Jobs to ensure smooth operation.
