This guide explains how to connect and configure your Salla store inside SellEnvo. Once connected, SellEnvo can sync orders, products, inventory, and pricing through the available tabs.
1. Account Setup
Use this tab to establish and maintain the connection with your Salla store.
- Enabled: Turn on to activate the channel.
- Name: Enter a clear internal name for this connection.
- Reauthorize: Click Reauthorize to authenticate your Salla account and refresh the connection permissions when needed.
Save changes after completing the setup.
2. Orders
Control how Salla orders are imported into SellEnvo.
- Enable Auto-Download Orders: Turn on to automatically download orders as sales orders in SellEnvo.
- Order Start Date: Select the date from which orders should start syncing.
Save your settings to apply order automation.
3. Locations
This tab is for mapping Salla locations to SellEnvo warehouses and controlling inventory sync behavior per location.
- Location Mapping: Map each Salla location to the correct SellEnvo warehouse.
- Inventory Sync per Location: Enable or disable syncing for each location as needed.
- Inventory Settings (per location): Configure stock rules for that specific location (source, limits, thresholds).
Manual actions (if available)
- Push inventory data: Send stock from SellEnvo to Salla.
- Pull inventory data: Import stock from Salla into SellEnvo.
- Download Salla Locations: Refresh locations list from Salla.
4. Auto-Import Products
Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on listings coming from Salla.
Steps:
- Enable auto-import.
- Select (or create) a mapping template.
- Optional settings (depending on what appears in your UI):
- Match by SKU
- Auto-generate SKU
- Set initial inventory count from channel quantity
- Handle variation products (create/link parent)
Click Execute to start importing.
5. Auto-Export Products
Automatically publish SellEnvo products to your Salla store.
Steps:
- Enable Auto-Export / Auto-List.
- (Optional) Enable List Parent Products for variation structures.
- Choose a template (or create a new one).
- Apply filters if you want to export only specific products.
- Click Execute to run the export.
6. Pricing Settings
Sync and control prices sent to Salla.
- Pricing Sync: Enable to update Salla prices automatically from SellEnvo.
- Pricing Tier: Choose the tier to base channel pricing on.
- Markup (%): Apply a markup/adjustment before pushing prices to Salla.
Save changes after configuration.
7. Background Sync Jobs
Monitor all automated jobs related to Salla syncing.
You can:
- Track job status (Succeeded / Failed / Running)
- Check progress
- Open View Log for details
- Filter jobs by status for faster troubleshooting
This is the best place to check if something didn’t sync as expected.
After completing the setup, Salla will sync with SellEnvo based on the rules you configured (orders, inventory per location, product import/export, and pricing). If anything stops syncing, start by clicking Reauthorize, then review Background Sync Jobs to confirm what ran and what failed.
