WooCommerce Channel Integration

This guide explains how to connect and configure your WooCommerce store inside SellEnvo.
Once connected, SellEnvo can synchronize orders, inventory, pricing, and products automatically.


1. Account Setup

Use this tab to connect SellEnvo with your WooCommerce store.

Enable Channel

Turn Enabled on to activate the integration.

Name

Enter a recognizable internal name for this connection.

Site URL

Enter the full URL of your WooCommerce store
(example: https://yourstore.com).

Consumer Key & Consumer Secret

Enter the API credentials generated from WooCommerce:

To generate them:

  1. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
  2. Click Add Key.
  3. Set permissions to Read/Write.
  4. Copy the generated:
    • Consumer Key
    • Consumer Secret

Paste both values into SellEnvo.

Click Save to complete the connection.


2. Orders

Configure how WooCommerce orders are imported into SellEnvo.

  • Enable Auto-Download Orders: Automatically import WooCommerce orders as sales orders.
  • Order Start Date: Select the date from which order syncing should begin.

Save changes to apply order automation.


3. Inventory Sync

Control how stock levels are synchronized between SellEnvo and WooCommerce.

Enable Inventory Sync

Activate automatic stock updates.

Inventory Source

Select the warehouse used as the stock source.

Inventory Rules

You can configure:

  • Stock Percentage
  • Max Listed
  • End When

Manual Actions

  • Push inventory data
  • Pull inventory data

These controls help prevent overselling and maintain accurate stock levels.


4. Auto-Import Products

Automatically create products in SellEnvo based on WooCommerce listings.

Setup Steps

  1. Enable auto-import.
  2. Select or create a mapping template.
  3. Optional controls:
    • Auto-generate SKU
    • Match by SKU only
    • Set initial inventory count from channel quantity
    • Handle variation products
  4. Click Execute to start importing.

Listings will either match existing products or be created based on your template configuration.


5. Auto-Export Products

Automatically publish SellEnvo products to WooCommerce.

Setup Steps

  1. Enable auto-export.
  2. Select or create a mapping template.
  3. Optionally enable parent product export for variations.
  4. Apply filters if needed.
  5. Click Execute to start exporting products.

This ensures your WooCommerce catalog stays aligned with SellEnvo.


6. Pricing Settings

Manage price synchronization with WooCommerce.

  • Pricing Sync: Enable automatic price updates.
  • Pricing Tier: Select the pricing tier to apply.
  • Markup (%): Apply a percentage adjustment before sending prices to WooCommerce.

Save changes after configuration.


7. Background Sync Jobs

Monitor synchronization activity between SellEnvo and WooCommerce.

You can:

  • Track job status (Succeeded / Failed / Running)
  • View job progress
  • Open detailed logs
  • Filter jobs by status

This section helps identify and troubleshoot synchronization issues.


After completing the setup, WooCommerce will remain synchronized with SellEnvo based on your configured rules.

If synchronization issues occur:

  1. Verify your Consumer Key and Secret.
  2. Review Background Sync Jobs for errors.
  3. Confirm your WooCommerce API permissions are set to Read/Write.
