This guide explains how to connect and configure your ShipTurtle account inside SellEnvo.
Once connected, orders, inventory, products, and pricing can be synchronized automatically.
1. Account Setup
Use this tab to establish the connection between SellEnvo and ShipTurtle.
Enable Channel
Turn Enabled on to activate the integration.
Name
Enter a recognizable internal name for this channel.
Access Token
Paste your valid ShipTurtle Access Token.
Click Save to complete the setup.
If the token is invalid, the integration will not connect.
2. Orders
Control how ShipTurtle orders are imported into SellEnvo.
Enable Auto-Download Orders
Activate automatic order import.
Order Start Date
Select the date from which orders should begin syncing.
Save changes after configuration.
3. Inventory Sync
Manage stock synchronization between SellEnvo and ShipTurtle.
Enable Inventory Sync
Activate automatic stock updates.
Inventory Source
Select the warehouse used as the stock source.
Inventory Rules
You can configure:
- Stock Percentage
- Max Listed
- End When
Manual Sync
Use Push Inventory Data to send stock updates manually if needed.
Proper configuration helps prevent overselling and stock discrepancies.
4. Auto-Import Products
Automatically import ShipTurtle listings into SellEnvo.
Setup
- Enable auto-import.
- Select or create a mapping template.
- Optional controls:
- Auto-generate SKU
- Match by SKU only
- Set initial inventory count
- Handle variation products
- Click Execute to start importing.
Products will either match existing SKUs or be created based on your template settings.
5. Auto-Export Products
Automatically export products from SellEnvo to ShipTurtle.
Setup
- Enable auto-export.
- Select or create a mapping template.
- Optionally enable listing of parent products.
- Apply filters if needed.
- Click Execute to start exporting.
This ensures products remain aligned between both systems.
6. Pricing Settings
Control how product prices are synchronized.
Enable Pricing Sync
Automatically update listing prices on ShipTurtle.
Pricing Tier
Select the pricing tier to use.
Markup (%)
Apply a markup or reduction percentage if required.
Save changes to apply pricing rules.
7. Background Sync Jobs
Monitor synchronization activity between SellEnvo and ShipTurtle.
You can:
- Track job status (Succeeded / Failed / Running)
- View job progress
- Open detailed logs
- Filter jobs by status
Regular monitoring ensures stable synchronization.
After completing the setup, ShipTurtle will remain synchronized with SellEnvo according to your configured rules.
If synchronization issues occur, review the Background Sync Jobs tab and verify your Access Token if necessary.
