Listings Log

The Listings Log section in SellEnvo allows you to track and monitor all listing-related activities across your connected sales channels.

It provides visibility into the status of listing operations such as product publishing, updates, synchronization, and failures. This helps you quickly identify issues and verify whether listing actions were completed successfully.

Using the Listings Log ensures better control over listing processes and helps maintain accurate product data across marketplaces.

Accessing Listings Log

To open the Listings Log:

  1. Navigate to Products from the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Listings Log from the Products quick tools panel.

The Listings Log page will display a record of listing operations and their statuses.

Log Categories

On the left sidebar, logs are organized into categories to help you monitor listing activity more efficiently.

  • All Logs – Displays every listing operation recorded by the system.
  • Pending Listings – Listings that are waiting to be processed.
  • In Progress – Listings that are currently being processed by the system.
  • Successfully Listed – Listings that were successfully published to the sales channel.
  • Failed Listings – Listings that failed during the publishing or update process.
  • Partially Mapped Listings – Listings that were only partially mapped to products.

These categories help you quickly identify which listings require attention.

Monitoring Listing Status

Each log entry provides information about the progress of a listing action.

Typical information available in the log includes:

  • Listing status
  • Channel information
  • Product details
  • Processing state
  • Error indicators (if a listing fails)

By reviewing these logs, you can easily determine whether a listing operation was completed successfully or requires further action.

Troubleshooting Failed Listings

If a listing appears under Failed Listings, it indicates that the system encountered an issue while publishing or updating the product.

Common reasons may include:

  • Missing required product attributes
  • Incorrect category mapping
  • Pricing or inventory conflicts
  • Channel validation errors

When a listing fails, review the log entry to identify the cause and update the product information if necessary before attempting the listing again.

Why Listings Log is Important

The Listings Log helps businesses maintain transparency and control over their listing operations.

By reviewing the log records, you can:

  • Monitor listing performance across channels
  • Detect and resolve listing errors quickly
  • Track the progress of product publishing
  • Ensure successful synchronization with external marketplaces

This tool is especially useful when managing large numbers of listings across multiple sales channels.
