Exporting Products

The Data Exporter feature in SellEnvo allows you to export system data into external files. This functionality is useful for reporting, backups, integrations, or analyzing data outside the platform.

Exporters can be configured to generate data automatically at scheduled intervals, helping ensure that your external systems or reports always have up-to-date information.

Accessing the Data Exporter

To access the Data Exporter:

  1. Navigate to Products from the top navigation bar.
  2. Click Export from the Products quick tools panel.

You will be redirected to the Data Exporter page under Tools & Utilities.

Understanding the Data Exporter Page

The Data Exporter page displays a list of configured exporters. Each exporter represents a specific data export configuration.

The table includes the following details:

  • Name – The name of the exporter configuration
  • Run Interval – How often the export process runs automatically
  • Success – The number of successful export operations
  • Failed – The number of failed export attempts
  • Next Scheduled Run – The next time the exporter will run
  • Status – Indicates whether the exporter is currently active or disabled
  • Actions – Allows you to edit or manage the exporter

This overview helps you monitor export performance and ensure that data is generated as expected.

Creating a New Exporter

To create a new exporter:

  1. Click Add New Exporter in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Configure the exporter feed settings.
  3. Select the Connection Method.
  4. Choose the Data Separator.
  5. Select the Data Model.
  6. Choose the desired File Format.
  7. Click Next to proceed with field mapping.

Once configured, the exporter will generate data files according to the defined settings.

Field Mapping

After configuring the exporter settings, you will proceed to the Field Mapping step.

Here you can define which system fields will be included in the exported file.

This allows you to control exactly what data will be exported and how it will appear in the generated file.

Monitoring Export Activity

You can track exporter performance directly from the exporter list.

The system provides information about:

  • Successful export runs
  • Failed export attempts
  • Upcoming scheduled runs

Monitoring export activity ensures that your exported data is generated correctly and remains up to date.
