Best Selling Items

The Best Selling Items report provides insights into the top-performing products based on sales volume and revenue.
It helps sellers identify high-demand items and evaluate their profitability by analyzing sales performance, costs, and return metrics.


How to Access the Report

  1. Go to Sellenvo Dashboard
  2. Click on Reports from the top navigation menu
  3. Select Reports
  4. Under Advanced Reports, click on Best Selling Items

Report Filters & Controls

You can customize the report using:

  • Search Bar: Find a specific product
  • Filters: Apply advanced filtering options
  • Sort: Organize data based on performance
  • Refresh: Reload and update report data
  • Date Range (Start Date – End Date)
  • Save Report

Report Data Explained

The report includes performance and profitability metrics for top-selling items:

  • SKU: Unique product identifier
  • Title: Product name
  • Units Sold: Total number of items sold
  • Sales Revenue: Revenue generated from sales
  • Refunds: Amount refunded for the item
  • Channel Fees: Fees deducted from sales channels
  • Total Sales Revenue: Revenue after refunds and fees
  • Daily Average Consumption: Average daily sales rate
  • Last Sell Date: The most recent sale date
  • Product Costs: Cost associated with the product
  • Product Ads Spends: Advertising costs for the product
  • All-in Return: Final return after all costs and adjustments
  • Margin (%): Profit margin percentage

How to Use This Report

This report helps you:

  • Identify top-selling and high-demand products
  • Analyze which items generate the most revenue
  • Evaluate profitability alongside sales performance
  • Understand the impact of costs and ads on best sellers
  • Support inventory planning and restocking decisions

Exporting the Report

Same steps:

  1. Click Export
  2. Select fields
  3. Choose all or selected items
  4. Download as CSV

Notes

  • Use sorting to quickly identify best-selling products
  • Combine sales volume with margin to find the most valuable items
  • Monitor trends over time using date filters
  • Consider costs and ad spend when evaluating performance
