The Sales Report by Item provides detailed insights into the performance of each product.
It helps sellers track sales activity, revenue, and consumption trends to better understand product performance and make informed business decisions.
How to Access the Report
- Go to Sellenvo Dashboard
- Click on Reports from the top navigation menu
- Select Reports
- Under Sales Reports, click on Sales Report by Item
Report Filters & Controls
At the top of the page, you can customize your report using:
- Search Bar: Quickly find a specific product
- Filters: Apply advanced filtering options
- Sort: Organize data based on selected criteria
- Date Range (Start Date – End Date):
Define the period you want to analyze - Save Report: Save your report configuration for future use
Report Data Explained
The report displays a table with the following columns:
- SKU: Unique product identifier
- Title: Product name
- Units Sold: Total number of items sold
- Sales Revenue: Revenue generated from sales
- Refunds: Amount refunded for the item
- Channel Fees: Fees deducted from sales channels
- Total Sales Revenue: Net revenue after adjustments
- Daily Average Consumption: Average daily sales rate
- Last Sell Date: The most recent sale date of the item
How to Use This Report
This report helps you:
- Identify top-performing and low-performing products
- Monitor revenue and profitability per item
- Track product demand using daily consumption
- Analyze sales trends over a selected time period
Exporting the Report
To export the report:
- Click on the Export button
- Select the fields you want to include
- Choose whether to export:
- All items
- Selected items only
- Click Export to download the report as a CSV file

- Use date filters to analyze performance over specific periods
- Sorting helps quickly identify best-selling products
- Saved reports can be reused without reapplying filters
