Automation Rules Engine

The Automation Rules Engine allows you to create automated workflows (Flows) that perform specific actions based on defined conditions. This helps reduce manual work and ensures consistent system behavior.

How to Access

Go to:
Tools & Utilities → Automation Rules Engine

Overview

The Automation Rules Engine is divided into two main sections:

  • Flows – Displays all active or created automation workflows
  • Archived Flows – Displays disabled or archived workflows

Flows List

In the Flows tab, you can view:

  • Flow ID – Unique identifier for each flow
  • Flow Name – Name of the automation flow
  • Status – Indicates whether the flow is active or disabled
  • Actions – Options such as editing the flow

Archived Flows

  • Displays flows that are currently disabled or archived
  • You can restore flows using the Restore action

Creating a New Flow

To create a new automation flow:

  1. Click Create New Flow
  2. Enter the Flow Name
  3. Click Create

This will open the flow configuration where you can define rules and actions.

Notes

  • Flows must be properly configured after creation to function correctly.
  • Disabled flows will not execute any automation.
  • Archived flows can be restored at any time.
  • If no flows are listed, it means no automation rules have been created yet.
