Sales Orders

The Sales Orders page in SellEnvo allows you to view, manage, and process all customer orders received from connected sales channels. It provides a centralized dashboard where you can track order activity, monitor statuses, and access detailed information for each order.

This page helps streamline order management by giving you a complete overview of all orders in one place.


Accessing Sales Orders

To access the Sales Orders page:

  1. Navigate to Sales from the main navigation menu.
  2. Select Manage Orders.

You will be redirected to the Sales Orders dashboard where all orders are listed.


Sales Orders Page Overview

The Sales Orders page displays a list of all orders in a structured table format.

Each order includes key information such as:

  • Reference Number – The unique identifier for the order.
  • Items – Products included in the order.
  • Sales Channel – The marketplace or store where the order originated.
  • Customer – The customer who placed the order.
  • Status – The current status of the order.
  • Order Date – The date and time when the order was created.
  • Actions – Options to view or manage the order.

The left panel also allows you to filter orders by different statuses such as:

  • Awaiting Payment
  • Pending Shipment Plan
  • Picked Orders
  • Shipped
  • On Hold
  • Cancelled
  • Draft
  • Archived

These filters make it easier to locate and manage specific groups of orders.


Creating a Manual Order

SellEnvo allows you to create orders manually when needed, such as for phone orders or in-store purchases.

To create a manual order:

  1. Click Add Manual Order at the top of the page.
  2. Enter the order details.
  3. Add customer information.
  4. Add products to the order.
  5. Click Create Order to save the order.

Manual Order Form

The New Order Form allows you to manually enter order details including:

Order Details

  • Currency
  • Order Date
  • Sales Channel Order ID
  • Channel Name
  • Reference Number

Shipping Address

Customer shipping information including:

  • Buyer Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Country
  • City
  • ZIP Code
  • Address

Billing Address

Billing information for the customer.

Order Line Items

Add products to the order by clicking Add Products.

Order Tags and Notes

You can also include additional tags or notes for internal tracking.


Managing Orders

From the Sales Orders page, you can manage and monitor the entire order lifecycle.

Users can:

  • View order details
  • Track order status
  • Review customer information
  • Monitor order fulfillment progress

This centralized management system helps ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
