The Import and Export options in the Sales section allow users to import or export order-related data. These options redirect users to the system’s Data Importer and Data Exporter tools located in Tools & Utilities.
These tools help automate the process of transferring data between SellEnvo and external systems.
Importing Orders
To import order data:
- Navigate to Sales.
- Click Import.
- The system will redirect you to the Data Importer page under Tools & Utilities.
From there, you can configure an importer to upload order data using supported file formats such as CSV.
Exporting Orders
To export order data:
- Navigate to Sales.
- Click Export.
- The system will redirect you to the Data Exporter page under Tools & Utilities.
From this page, users can configure export feeds that generate files containing order information.
Managing Import and Export Tasks
The Data Importer and Data Exporter pages allow users to manage automated data transfers.
Users can:
- Create new import or export tasks
- Define run intervals (hourly, daily, etc.)
- Monitor success and failure records
- Enable or disable scheduled tasks
These tools help streamline data synchronization between SellEnvo and external systems.
