Archived Orders

The Archived Orders section allows users to view orders that have been archived in the system. Archiving orders helps keep the main orders list organized while preserving access to historical order information.

Archived orders remain stored in the system and can still be viewed when needed.

Accessing Archived Orders

To access archived orders:

  1. Navigate to Sales from the main navigation menu.
  2. Open the orders management page.
  3. Select Archived Orders.

The system will display a list of archived orders.

Archived Orders Page Overview

The Archived Orders page displays a table containing archived orders along with key order information.

The table includes the following columns:

  • Reference Number – The unique identifier assigned to the order.
  • Items – The products included in the order.
  • Sales Channel – The channel where the order was created.
  • Customer – The customer associated with the order.
  • Status – The current status of the order.
  • Order Date – The date when the order was created.
  • Actions – Available options to view or manage the order.

Search, Filter, and Sorting Options

Users can manage archived orders using the available tools at the top of the page:

  • Search Bar – Quickly find specific orders.
  • Filters – Apply filters to narrow down results.
  • Sort – Organize orders based on different columns.
  • Refresh – Reload the order list.

These tools help users locate archived orders efficiently.

Viewing Order Details

From the archived orders list, users can open an order to view its full details. The order details typically include customer information, purchased items, order status, and additional order data.

This allows archived orders to remain accessible for reference when needed.
