The Warehouses section allows users to manage all warehouse locations used for storing and fulfilling inventory.
Warehouses represent physical locations where products are stored, processed, or shipped from.

By configuring warehouses correctly, businesses can track stock across multiple locations and manage fulfillment more efficiently.

Accessing Warehouses

To access warehouse settings:

1. Navigate to System Settings.
2. Open Inventory Management.
3. Click Warehouses.

The page displays a list of all warehouses configured in the system.

Warehouses List

The warehouses page shows all available warehouse locations in a table format.

The table includes the following information:

• Name – The name of the warehouse.
• Contact – The contact person for the warehouse.
• Email – Contact email for the warehouse.
• Is Fulfillment Center – Indicates whether the warehouse is used for order fulfillment.
• Is Physical Store – Indicates whether the location is also a physical retail store.
• Actions – Options to edit warehouse details.

Users can also search for warehouses using the search bar.

This section contains the primary warehouse details.

Fields include:

• Name – The name of the warehouse.
• Order Fulfillment Type – Defines the fulfillment method used.
• Contact – The warehouse contact person.
• Default Warehouse – Marks the warehouse as the system default.

Users can also enter contact details for the warehouse.

Fields include:

• Email
• Phone
• Company

Location Details

This section defines the warehouse address.

Fields include:

• Country
• City
• State
• ZIP Code
• Address 1
• Address 2
• Address 3

Editing a Warehouse

To update warehouse information:

1. Locate the warehouse in the list.
2. Click Edit in the Actions column.
3. Modify the required fields.
4. Click Save Changes.

Default Warehouse

A warehouse can be marked as the Default Warehouse.
This warehouse will be used as the primary location for inventory operations unless another warehouse is specified.
